In short
The site does not use profiling cookies and shows no advertising. It remembers your choice and, only if you want, loads the map or counts clicks on buttons. Nothing optional starts before your consent.
Legal references and controller
This page explains the use of cookies and similar tools under art. 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code), Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the cookie guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (10 June 2021).

What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files that a site saves in your browser. Our site mostly uses the browser’s local storage (localStorage), which works in a similar way and stays on your device. For simplicity, on this page we call them all “cookies”.
The categories we use
- Necessary. They make the site work (remembering your choices, keeping you signed in, the cache for offline use). No consent is needed and they cannot be turned off from the banner.
- Statistics. They count clicks on the main buttons, without personal data. They start only with your consent.
- Third-party content. The Google map, only with your consent or when you press “Show the Google map”.
We do not use profiling or advertising cookies.
How we ask for consent
On your first visit, and when your choice has expired, the site shows a box with three buttons: “Accept all”, “Necessary only” and “Customise”. “Accept all” and “Necessary only” have the same weight: refusing is as easy as accepting. In the “Customise” panel, the statistics and maps boxes are off until you turn them on. Continuing to scroll the site does not count as consent. You can close the box with the Esc key only after making a choice.
Legal basis
Necessary cookies do not require consent (art. 122, paragraph 1, Privacy Code). Statistics and maps are used only with your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 122 Privacy Code), which you can withdraw at any time.
What happens if you refuse
The site still works. If you do not accept maps, instead of the map you see a “Show the Google map” button and the written address: the map loads only if you press it. If you do not accept statistics, no click is counted.

Third-party services
Google Maps. When you load the map, Google may save its own cookies and receives your IP address. Google’s privacy notice applies.
Treatwell, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook. These are third-party sites and apps, reached through a link. Each uses its own cookies under its own notice: we do not control them.
Site cache (service worker)
The site saves on your device a copy of the main pages, so they open faster and even without a connection. It contains no personal data. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings (site data).
Manage your preferences
You can change your choice whenever you want: statistics and maps can be turned on and off from here.
You can also block or clear cookies and site data from your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, some features (such as sign-in) may not work.
How to manage cookies from your browser
Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies and site data. It is usually found in Settings, under Privacy and security (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) or in Safari’s Settings, Privacy tab. If you delete this site’s data, you also lose your choice and the banner asks you again.
How long your choice lasts
Your choice stays saved for 6 months. After that the banner asks you again. If you clear the site data, it asks you again right away.
